Daytime 2* Thursday Ride - Lambourn	2*

Leader: Roger Postbeschild	Start Time: 10:00 am	Start Location: Old Mill Hall
Description: Please pre-book for this ride by contacting the ride leader. Sociable ride of 24-40 km (15-25 miles) at a pace of 18-20km/h (11-13 mph). Goodies Café in Lambourn, return via Blowingstone and Kingston Lisle.

Much cooler than of late, causing your leader to ride in a long sleeved jersey. Hackpen was challenging, the North Westerly wind not helping. Goodies was heaving when we arrived, but some tables freed up and some sat outside lapping up the sunshine. Seven Barrows was quiet but there is a lot of loose gravel at the foot of Blowingstone Hill. All safely negotiated. After turning on to the Baulking road, the North Westerly became our friend. No mechanicals and a great bunch. Thanks to Steve for sweeping.
