Tuesday Evening 2* Ride	2*

Leader: Adrian West	Start Time: 6:30 pm	Start Location: OMH
Description: Weekly 1.5 hour rides at a riding pace of 18-20km/h (11-13mph). Not likely to be very hilly. This week we will have a nice flat ride out to the north of the A420. Just short of 30km so nothing too taxing. All are welcome to join this ride.

The skies looked full of rain and all the scary parts of the bible in parts, but this didn't put off the brave 2* riders. 1* didn't have any riders probably due to the weather so Jon and Karen Townsin decided to join us. A nice flat ride with some very cold breezes in places. We were doing really well avoiding a huge rain cloud that resembled something out of the film Independence Day and then two thirds the way around the route another storm cloud crept up on us and we had a proper soaking! After the downpour we were rewarded with a fabulous rainbow once back over the A420 which made the soggy and cold return to grove much nicer. Thanks to all for coming on the ride and a very warm welcome to Allan on his first ride with CTC Wantage
