Tuesday Evening 3* Ride	3*

Leader: John Talbot	Start Time: 6:30 pm	Start Location: OMH
Description: Weekly 1.5 - 2 hours at a riding pace of 20-24km/h (13-15mph). May be hilly. I thought it would be fitting to say goodbye to summer with a climb of White Horse Hill in (hopefully) evening sunshine. Lights will be required.

Ten riders on a cool but bright and dry evening with glimpses of the Sun. We took a steady pace through Denchworth, Goosey and Baulking to Uffington and then everyone was set free to make their own way to the top of Dragon Hill. Fantastic climbing from everyone and fantastic views from the top with distant Sun rays glinting off the scenery laid out before us After taking it all in and snapping a few photos we headed down via Woolstone back to Uffington. To keep the distance reasonable with the limited daylight we returned the same way. With the group riding strongly I slowly cranked up the pace through Baulking and it was very pleasing to see the whole group keeping up right to the A417 junction. Summer fitness at its peak A quick dash back via Denchworth and back to Grove just after 8pm. Well done everyone, another successful season of 3* rides. Thanks to all the riders, sweepers and leaders.
