Tuesday Evening 4* Ride	4*

Leader: Nick Stokell	Start Time: 6:30 pm	Start Location: OMH
Description: Weekly 1.5-2 hours ride at a riding pace of 25-29km/h (16-18mph). May be hilly. Optional stop at The Fox in Denchworth at the end of the ride. Heading South this week, up Manor Road to warm up, then a fast run down towards Shefford followed by a short sharp climb up towards RAF Welford, turning N and the gentle climb through Brightwalton. The celebrated descent of Chain Hill is followed by "the usual route" to the Fox at Denchworth, where the led ride ends. Lights necessary.
Riders: Andy Cowan Jason Jones Nick Stokell Paul Jarvis Phil Stubbings Riders = 5 Weather: Report: Only five brave souls ventured out - not surprising given the cold and wind! Once at the top of Manor Road the Northerly wind drove us South at great pace. Heading North was a different matter and we all felt short of a couple of layers of clothing. Still, good to get out on an evening like that and get 500 m of climbing in.
