Leader: Jo Little	Start Time: 9:30 am	Start Location: OMH
Description: As a courtesy to the ride leader, we ask that you pre-book for this ride. All-day touring ride (80-100km / 50-65 miles), lunch and possibly tea stop en route, at a riding pace of 18-22km/h (11-14mph). Not suitable for irregular riders. Climbing almost inevitable. This is a pre-bookable ride. T Out through Coxwell, using some quiet back roads to Bampton Garden Centre for lunch (26 miles). The cafe has been re-organised and offers a great menu and seems to have a good seating and ordering system. Then back through Standlake and Fyfield. 46 miles in total, which seems about right for the time of year. Have had to adjust the route slightly to miss out Great Brook, as I'm sure it will still be flooded.
Riders: Andy Pixton Chris Bailey Eddie Little Jo Little John Tranter Katherine Boyce Roger Postbeschild Riders = 7 Weather: Report: The day started off cold but gradually the sky lightened and the temperature rose above freezing. There were a few patches of ice around on some of the roads but it was mostly fine. The views were great as usual and we were lucky enough to see a marsh harrier taking off. We even had mostly quiet roads and some very considerate drivers - so a great ride altogether. Bampton garden centre provided us with a reasonably quick service and some welcome cakes. Be warned - if you arrive between 11.30 and 12pm you are between breakfast and lunch menus and can only have cakes, unless you're willing to wait. Thanks to everyone for being a great group to ride with.
