Description: As a courtesy to the ride leader, we ask that you pre-book for this ride. Half day ride (60-70km / 38-45 miles). with a tea stop, riding pace of 20-24km/h (13-15mph). Likely to visit distant destinations. Not suitable for irregular riders. Climbing likely. This is a pre-bookable ride. To book a place, text 07512645320 or email edlittle157@gmail.com to Eddie no earlier than 09:00am on the Sunday before the ride. You will receive confirmation or be advised that the ride is fully booked. A reserve list will be maintained. As the weather is very changeable this week I thought it would be a good idea to keep this ride within the Vale & at the shorter distance. A relatively flat ride, so from Grove we’ll head out towards Denchworth & pass on through W/ Hanney Southmoor, Northmoor, Yelford, Cote, Aston, Bampton, Hatford & Stanford in the Vale then returning to Grove via Park Lane. Ride distance 37.05 miles/59km. Stopping for morning coffee either at Aston Pottery or Bampton Garden Centre. Expect to be back in Grove for 01:00pm.
