Description: NB THIS IS AN EARLY START TO ENABLE US TO DO A LONGER RIDE EARLY IN THE SEASON. WE WILL LEAVE PROMPTLY AT 6.15. The Ride Leaders work hard to organise the rides and it helps them greatly to know numbers at least a day in advance. Whilst there may be rare occasions where this may not be practical, please do everything you can to let the Ride Leader know if you are joining a ride at least 24 hours before. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time for the ride leaders briefing and a prompt start to the ride. 1.5 - 2 hours at a riding pace of 20-24km/h (13-15mph). The gorgeous weather brought a dozen of us out, to we split into 2 groups - many thanks to Kath/Sharon for leading the second group The warmth of the sun seemed to energise us as pace was a little speedier than normal, but I good hear everyone comfortably chatting away, so seemed OK! Being the last Tuesday of the month, the led ride ended at Denchworth, where the peacock awaited us outside the Fox, and several of us went in for refreshment, and the chance to chat with some of the riders from the 1* and 2* options. A perfect evening!
